Position Overview:
As a Senior UX/UI Designer at CSK Tech Solutions, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create seamless user experiences. Your expertise in both UX and UI design will be essential in ensuring that our products not only look great but also provide a superior user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring high-quality and user-centric design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and share knowledge with the team.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow in their roles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to improve designs.
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus.
