 Job Summary: 

As a Tech Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our startup’s sales growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for highly motivated and results-oriented sales professionals. An annual bonus is awarded based on performance metrics, including sales targets and client retention. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events. 
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. 
  • Present and demonstrate our technology solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages. 
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing policies and profit margins. 
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. 
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. 
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. 
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to help refine and enhance our offerings. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. 
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.  

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred). 
  • Proven track record of success in technology sales, preferably in a B2B environment. 

 

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Strong understanding of technology products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and IT consulting. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization. 
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and a results-oriented mindset. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for sales and technology. 
  • Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
